Sam and John live in my hometown of White Bear Lake. They have been dating for six years and they’re still pretty sweet on each other. I met Sam when she was…oh…maybe 10 years old? Maybe younger? She is a dear friend of my sister Laura and I don’t remember how many sleepovers those two had, giggling in the basement and watching the breakfast club. We had to wait a long time to shoot these engagement photos because of the temperamental Minnesota weather, but I am so glad we held out for sun.
