2024 marks our 15th year of business! We are so proud to have the longevity, expertise and experience in the wedding industry. Over the years we have specifically become an affirming space for LGBTQ+ couples, interracial and interfaith marriages. We believe in Love for All, which is the mission that guides our work and our artists. It’s also brought the most amazing couples our way who align with our mission for marriage equality for all.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes! The deposit is $1000 to secure the booking of your wedding date. The final balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding. We have a great online client site that makes it easy for you to view your invoices and sign your contract.
Do You Travel?
Absolutely. Travel fuels us. This is always a welcome adventure and opportunity. Additional travel fees do apply and we work with each couple to plan out this time.
Should we do an engagement session?
Absolutely! We love photographing engagement sessions. This time allows us to get to know each other more and for you to become comfortable in front of the camera. Our approach to engagement sessions is casual and fun.
How long does it take to get our images after the wedding?
The final edit of your wedding will be delivered 6-8 weeks after your wedding date.
How will I receive my wedding images?
Your wedding images will be delivered via email with a link to download. Within this delivery, you’ll receive a gorgeous gallery with low-resolution images and a link to download your high resolution files via WeTransfer.
Is there anything I should do to prepare for my wedding image file delivery?
Yes! We’re so glad you asked. Because there are so many images delivered in a wedding – and our files are quite large these days – we encourage our clients to make sure they have enough space / create space on their computers, so they are able to receive these high resolution files in a single download. A typical wedding image file delivery is 15-20 GB.
How long will my wedding images be available?
Your high resolution files will be available for you to download for one year post wedding-date. Please make sure to backup your files to your personal computers, hard drives and cloud storage for safe keeping over the years.
Do we own the rights to our images?
Of course. All of your final edit will be delivered fully edited and with high resolution images. These are currently delivered through a digital download and you have the full usage rights and the rights to reproduce. You may take these images and print them freely. We highly encourage our couples to make sure and back up these files on your personal computers and hard drives for safe keeping over the years.
How does the album process work?
A few weeks after you receive your final edit, we’ll be in touch to begin the album design process, if this is included in your collection. This will allow you to really spend time with your photos and begin to notice which image you connect with the most. You will have the opportunity to choose your favorite 40-45 images and then our studio will begin designing your layout! We’ll send you proofs to approve or make changes to before anything goes to print. All albums come standard with 10 pages and 20 sides and fits about 40-45 images. Once your album order is placed, it will take 4-5 weeks to arrive from our production lab. Cover and page upgrades are available.
Do you offer professional printing and products?
Absolutely! The sky is the limit with product options, which we will have available to you through your online gallery. We encourage our clients to order professional prints, which will last a lifetime.
